Keyway Broaches, Bushes & Shims
Push or pull type keyway broaches, with deburring feature are made for smooth one or multipass operation. These broaches can also be designed to provide specific chamfer at the corner of the base thus avoiding filing. We can design special bushes allowing different bore of the components and variable depths of cuts with the help of shims. Taper keyway with respect to the bore or with respect to the taper bore can also be designed.
